Lazy eight

 Lazy Eight

In the past couple of weeks we have been learning about how to calm our selves down. This one is the lazy eight  - you draw with your hands an eight.  You do it just like you do it on a piece of paper. When you go round the top you breathe in, when you are at the bottom you breathe out.
